About Rose
After a successful career modeling in the 90s fashion scene, I’m now a practicing nutritionist living in the Cotswolds with my artist husband Jake Chapman and two of my three daughters.
Bio
I come from a homeopathic /complementary medicine background and have always been interested in what food can do for you; it is bordering on the obsessive. After a successful 15 years of modeling from being featured in campaigns for Miu Miu and Prada, walked the runway for designers from Galliano to McQueen, and features on Vogue and The Face – My inner nutrition nerd led me back to college to study at The College of Naturopathic Medicine. I qualified as a naturopath and nutritionist in 2009 and now run a clinic on Harley Street in London, I write for Vogue and Beauty Papers. I am also the founder of The 5 Day Plan, and co founder of healthy junk food brand Filth. I’m also the author of ‘Juice’, published in April 2015, which features 100 juice recipes to help cope with modern day life!
My Philosophy
My philosophy is all about making healthy living achievable; I believe that life has to be lived and through nutrition and a bit of self-care you can give your body the tools it needs to cope with the crazy lives we lead. I believe that food should be the first port of call to feel better in yourself, mentally and physically.
I modelled for a long time: travelling, working, playing and feeling run down. I spent an even longer time being less than angelic! I am pretty well versed in fatigue and stress. More recently, I have stressed my body and mind in other ways, doing triathlons and the marathon while being a mother, working and having fun. Basically, I am saying that I understand how much we put our bodies through and how little time we have to look after ourselves

Stay up to date @rosemaryferguson
