The book is a collection of 100 recipes for juices and smoothies that I have tailored to specific ailments, although all would be good at any time! I am a great believer in juicing as I think it is a fantastic way to get a boost of nutrients. I really hope that you find it informative and that it helps to explain just how important good nutrition is for our health.

You will also find a 1, 2 and 3 day detox in the book, these are great ways to reboot your system and give your digestive tract a rest. I think the simple act of making a juice is a step in the right direction and can lift us if we are feeling lethargic and unmotivated… Happy Juicing!
