This plan will help support liver function, aid efficient detoxification, manage weight loss, increase energy, rest and support the gut. The plan is split into 3 phases.

Dates: 9th -30th January

– each phase in the plan contains a tailored food list, recipes, exercise plan, supplement suggestions, timetable, free access to chloe pilates platform,

– 5x zoom’s with me during the plan to educate and explain each phase of the plan

– Whatsapp group (optional) – this is to continue the support outside of zooms and content to answer questions and build a community during the 3 weeks.
