This plan’s focus is on decreasing fat mass, increasing muscle mass and retraining your appetite to be in tune with your hunger signals! I know a lot of us are thinking about the beach, summer and wearing less clothes so this is to help you feel confident and happy in your own skin!

– meal plan, recipes & rules
– 4x zoom’s with me during the plan to educate and advise
– Whatsapp group (optional) – this is to continue the support outside of zooms – I will be on every weekday for an hour to answer any questions you may have – and generally see how you are doing.
