Jan Plan 2024 - The Kitchari Reset

This reset is centred around the use of an ayurvedic cleansing food called kitchari, which we will be using for 3 days in phase 2 of the reset. There are 3 phases to this plan to prepare, focus and then reintroduce.

I am assuming many of us overdid it in December and I have designed the plan to help get us back on track, motivated, bouncing and to combat the January blues. I promise you will be so up for 2024 by the end of this rest – you will drive all those around you mad!
