Ingredients
2 apples, halved and cored
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp plain yoghurt, skyr or kefir
1 tbsp tahini
Method

Heat oven to 180°C. Place apple halves in a small baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and flaxseed. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until soft.

Mix yoghurt, skyr or kefir with tahini until smooth.

Serve warm apples topped with yoghurt mix and seeds.
