Serves 4
Ingredients
600g chicken thighs, skinless and boneless, sliced thinly
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp honey
200g broccoli florets
200g pak choi, halved
100g kimchi
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Method

Mix tamari, olive oil, vinegar, ginger, garlic and honey. Toss chicken in marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large frying pan or wok, then cook chicken in batches until golden and cooked through.

Steam broccoli and pak choi for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.

Serve chicken over greens, topped with kimchi and sesame seeds.
