Dressing

4 tablespoons tahini

Juice of 1 lemon

Water

Pinch of salt
To serve -
Large bowl of shredded greens
Method

Mix mince with herbs, onion and seasoning.

Shape into 8 burgers.

Cook in olive oil.

Whisk tahini, lemon and water.

Serve burgers over greens.
