Spoon the broccoli mash onto plates, top with the cod, and drizzle over the dressing. Serve warm.
Why It Works
Cod is a source of lean, easily digestible protein that supports tissue repair and recovery without placing strain on digestion. Broccoli provides compounds that support the body’s natural detoxification and cellular repair pathways, making this a simple, restorative meal that helps you feel clear and well-supported.
