Here's what you can expect

The Powder Power Plan is designed with a 360 approach to health and wellness,
aiming to support the body at the cellular level, support the optimal function of vital systems, and promote overall well-being.

By carefully selecting a range of high-quality, nutrient-dense powders, this plan focuses on delivering targeted nutritional support where it's needed most, ensuring that you can achieve and maintain your health goals effectively.

The Powder Power Plan is a 5-day journey designed to reset and rejuvenate your body, comprising three carefully crafted shakes each day, one nutrient-rich soup, and one wholesome dinner to enhance your experience and support you through this journey, there will be three Zoom sessions with me, Rose Ferguson. These sessions are integral to the plan, offering education, motivation, and support, ensuring you have direct access to expert guidance every step of the way.

The physical component of the plan includes four exercise classes—two focused on yoga and two on Pilates. These classes are designed to complement the nutritional aspects of the plan, promoting flexibility, strength, and well-being. Additionally, an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session is included to help manage stress and emotional hurdles, rounding out the holistic approach to wellness that the Powder Power Plan embodies.
