Ingredients: Toppings: 1/2 cup of blueberries |
Method: Make the coulis by adding blueberries and 1/2 a lemon juice to a pan on a low heat. Stir until the right consistency. Add 3 tbsp of batter for each pancake into a pan and fry until golden on both sides. Pair with blueberry coulis and coconut yoghurt |
