Ingredients - 

160g golden flaxseed meal
20g whole flaxseeds
3g sea salt
2g Italian seasoning
1g garlic powder (optional)
120ml water
1 tsp each of dried rosemary and thyme

 

 Method - 

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Mix the flaxseed meal, whole flaxseeds, sea salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, rosemary, and thyme. Add water and stir to form a dough.

Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper until it's about 3mm thick.

Score into cracker-sized pieces and bake for 18-20 minutes until browned and crispy
