1 scoop of your preferred protein powder 1 cup (about 150g) mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 1 small handful of spinach 1/2 avocado 120ml unsweetened almond milk (adjust for desired thickness)
Toppings - 1 tablespoon chia seeds A handful of nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts) Sliced fruit (e.g., banana, kiwi, strawberries)

Method -
In a blender, combine the protein powder, mixed berries, spinach, avocado, and almond milk. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Arrange the chia seeds, nuts, and sliced fruit on top of the smoothie bowl.
