Spicy Eggs

Elevate your breakfast with a nutritious Spiced Herb Scrambled Eggs.

Spicy Eggs

 

 

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of chilli powder
1 tsp of mixed herbs
Handful of fresh parsley
1 large tomato diced
Salt & pepper 

Method:

Whisk together three eggs with a blend of paprika, chili powder, mixed herbs, and a generous sprinkle of fresh parsley. Toss in diced tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook the mixture slowly in a frying pan until it reaches your preferred consistency.  

Serve with: 

Handful of: rocket, watercress, spinach
1 avocado cubed
